Project Management

Black Cat’s well-experienced project managers are fully equipped for undertaking large-scale multi-discipline EPC projects. They are able to manage projects more precisely and effectively by applying the required knowledge, skills, tools, and analytical techniques to meet project requirements.
Our system of logistical planning ensures the timely distribution of resources, manpower, materials, and equipment over multiple operations.
Our procurement team meticulously and systematically identifies and quantifies procurement practices that are effective in delivering value-for-money services as well as identifying opportunities for improvement.

Shutdown Services

At Black Cat, we pro-actively strive to avoid time and monetary delays resulting from poorly planned and executed maintenance shutdown tasks. Therefore, we pay meticulous attention to the scheduling and logistical side of a shutdown. Black Cat has executed an average of three shutdowns per year in various stations in Dukhan Fields/Mesaieed Areas for Qatar Energy/QAFCO.
