EPIC for Gas Supply to Facility D at AL Wakrah (Phase-1)

The scope of work, in brief, constitutes Design, detailed engg., Procurement, Installation, commissioning of approx. 6 KM of 30″ gas pipeline from TIE-IN point at 24th km of 30″ Exiting pipeline from station-S. to New station W5 near to the Proposed power station Facility -D at Wakrah. The scope also includes the provision of vessels, filters, DG sets, and HVAC systems, Etc. .The site work is green fieldwork and work involved briefly as follows.

1. Civil works like pipeline trenching, backfilling, construction of ROW, culvert at P/L crossing, and civil work for the construction of new station W5, including vessels foundations, fence, and gates, LER building, DG building, etc.

2 Micotunnelling at Doha- Mesieed high way crossing

3 Mechanical works like, installation of Pig receiver, knockout drums, filters, drain vesse, diesel storage vessel, DG sets etc.

4. Piping fabrication, installation, NDT, PWHT, painting and hydro testing

5 30″ Pipeline 6 km long stringing, welding, lowering in trench, NDT, Girth weld joints FBE Coating, Hydrotesting, dewatering, vacuum drying, and nitrogen purging etc. and intelligent pigging for the baseline survey.

6 Instrumentation, loss prevention, LDS, SCADA system, etc. associated works

7.FOC and telecom work.

8. CP work for the pipeline and associated electrical works, lighting, earthing etc.

9 Pre-commissioning and commissioning of the new facility.
